Transmission fluid dripping

Replaced my radiator in my 85 and it seems that the lower tranny oil line is dripping. Tightened it up as I thought it would take without breaking or stripping it out. but still dripping. it is a 4 speed manual with Nash overdrive. Main question is where is the location of putting in fluid for the tranny or is it just the overdrive that takes fluid ??
