Transmission Pan bolt torque specfication

Hi Everybody,
I hope Everybodys doing well . .I have a couple questios,is there specification how much torque to tightening the AutomaticTransmission Pan bolt for 1990 corvette .And second question sometimes hesitate when I press the accelerator specially after stop at signal light.

i just did mine about 3 weeks ago, i think it was 15-18 inch lbs. for the tranny pan bolts.

Thank's for responsed Tigmaned.I knew Haynes book was wrong,it says 99 inch lbs.. . I over tightened one of the bolts..Now I have to put an insert one of the threads
