Transmission replacement

I need some help, guys, I'm an owner/driver, not a mechanic. I need a new transmission for my '95. I'm upgrading the nitrous to put @700 HP at the flywheel, and the old 4L60-E or the 700R4 in there now won't take it. My buddy recommends a built turbo 350 or 400, or even a 2-speed power-glide with a trans brake. I'd like to keep my Avenger 2600 stall converter if possible, and I have 3.75 gears to put in the rear end. I want it fast for the track but still streetable to show off in Honolulu on weekends. Any ideas?
