Trunk lid liner won't stay on

I have a 2000 vert with a trunk lid liner that refuses to stay put. It will either sag or fall completely off after a while. I have tried different methods of attachment and have yet to find one that will keep it on.
Has anyone had this problem and how did you rectify it?

Hi there,
From the factory, the c5 is not equipped with the trunk lid liner.
This is an aftermarket item.

Yes, that is true.........it was on the car when I got it.
I was just looking for some kind of adhesive that would hold up in the heat, etc.

HI there,
Normally, if it is just fabric, i would use 3M Super Trim adhesive.
It works very well.
