I was quite easy to make.
The specs table was created in MS Excel. I selected a photo of large enough size and resolution and cropped it with Corel PhotoPaint (or any photo manipulation program) to the size of the poster I was creating (24" x 36"). I then pasted and resized the table to the size I wanted and placed it where I wanted. I then pasted the other pictures and created the title bar.
When the whole thing was the way I wanted, I exported the file to postcript (.psd) format, burned it to a CD and took it to kinko's. If your photo program can't export to .psd format you can take .jpg or most any other format to kinko's but they will charge you $5 to covert it. If the pictures you use do not have adequate resolution or were taken in a small format, the printed picture will not have the desired quality.
The 2'x3' poster print, glossy on foam board costs something like $69.99, and they turn it around in 24 hrs.
