Under hood labels

I recently purchased a 1999 roadster, Sebring silver, black top and interior, 6 speed with most of the desirable options.

Under the hood, on the passenger side, atop the wheel housing there is a smooth area where it appears a label used to reside. I would like to replace this missing part in case there is some important info there. Can anyone tell me what this label contains?
From pictures on various sites it looks like the word "NOTICE" in a yellow band, but thats's about all I can read. Also, if the label has a P/N on it I would appreciate the number.

It is part #10292511 - a R-134a refrigerant notice label.

I ordered extra labels for my 1999 C5 coupe from my dealer (some are not available/sold) and the label you asked about listed for $5.00. Your dealer should be able to order one label for you - mine did.
