Hey guys, who has no garage and is affected by the snow storm?
My Corvette is out in snow. However I will get it inside soon.
Post your pics.;shrug

I have a garage and shes in it now, but I had to take her out to drive (daily driver), and well it was all ice out there!

Thank God for the ASR, Antilock Brakes, 11in wide tires, and other nifty Corvette Technology!

I dont know how to post pics, but click on my link below and you could see the snow pics!

11" tires

Hey Those 11" tires aren't doin you any good in those conditions.:eyerole
They are just displacing the weight of your car over a wider area.
Less weight = Less traction:ohnoes:ohnoes:ohnoes:ohnoes:ohnoes

I see what you are saying, but I found that the more surface area, the better traction, but I guess it can work for and against you.

Plus, I always fill my tank to add extra weight on the rear tires!

It's not so much the snow I would worry about, its the little guys who try to get in there.

Yup, it does depend. The deeper the snow the less surface area you want. On hard pack, wider seems to be better.

Also, I found that a 20 lb bag (I use sand) in cargo area works best. Too much load and if you use traction cables they can hit the wheels well liner.
