Yup, here ya go - it's a '66, but the parts are the same '63-'67.

Question: I just set the body on the new frame tonight and the front suspension just does not seem right. The upper A-arm seem to be setting very close to the inner fender wall cut-out on the front edge and there is a much larger space to the rear. I have the shorter-straighter side of the A-arm to the rear of the car and the longer side with the curved end facing the front. Please tell me that I did not screw up?

Sounds like you have them installed correctly - probably just a matter of tweaking the fore-aft body position on the frame.
