Vacuum Advance Cans

I have had some vacuum advance can issues lately and in hunting around, have run across reference to "Lar's Vacuum Advance List" where he has listed the performance specs for the various cans. Anyone have a copy of that list?

Accel makes one that's adjustable. Works fine on my car.

Not on a hot day, stop and go through town I can't. Or couldn't unless I set up some real out of whack timing. When the vac can was bad I had about a minute at a stop signal before I started climbing in temp. Hit two signals in a row and I was looking at 210 easy. Replaced the can and all that went away.
