Vacuum canister

Hi guys, Is ther a filter in the vacuum canister on a 74 C3 and how do I get in to replace it if there is?

Filter is on the bottom, if it is the same as the 77. It's just a thin piece of cloth (?). Remove the panel underneath it and you have easy access. The filter just pulls out and goes back in by pushing it under the edges.

There is a cap you have to take off to get to the filter, it just snaps on and off.
