Vacuum Problem in headlights

I'm having a problem with my '74 headlights. They pop up whenever I turn the engine off. Other than that they work fine.Are there any solutions that anyone who has had the problem knows. Thanks Fred

The lights open when there is no vacuum to keep them closed. You may have a leak in a line or a bad valve that alows the vacuum to bleed off and pop go the headlights. Chuck

Fixed Problem !

Just an update on the headlight problem. I replaced the manual over-ride switch and solved the opening after shut down. It had a small crack in the original valve. Fred
