o.k. so I have located the vacuum line that runs by the distributor into the electrical harness to the fire wall for the hvac blend door, I have been told its common for the line to get brittle and break at the fire wall. Where does this line go after it comes through the fire wall? To the vacuum programer? Does the vp have anything to do with the issue I am having?

OOPS! My bad!

When I run the a/c I am only getting air out of the defrost and floor vents.
