My gas milage is pretty poor. The problem with finding things wrong is costly. I do not have anything to tell me codes the dash is a race car look. Just gauges no code indicator. The dianostic plug is there.

Replace the Oxygen sensor before anything else. When it dies the mileage drops considerably.
 
Also check the air in/out systems. If the breathing is plugged (cats, air filter etc) it will burn the juice. Mine on Imperial setting shows often over 30 MPG on the highway at 1600RPM/60MPH.
