value for a '61 FI?

A friend of mine asked what I thought a 61 FI might bring. It is not restored, but is in very good condition with most of the car original and both tops. I do not know if it has a matching number motor or not. I have my ideas of what it might fetch.....your thoughts?

I don't know if you are still interested in an answer, but out here, if it's fairly good shape, the asking price would be closed to 70k. Might even get it, too!
