Just got the Valve covers in yesterday now Im looking at the lines Hmm..

No oil cap..Fine I can fill through the PCV.

The PCV location/grommet size is ok.

The question I have is, do I install one of those fancy chrome filter style breathers? Or do I somehow make the current breathing system work?

The problem Im having is the old grommet for the intake breather is to small for the new grommet hole. The old grommet actually fits inside the new grommet..

Thought I actually might glue them together but thats cheesy.

Can't I just use the filter breather and block off the intake line?

Thanks

Any chance you could post some pics? I have my PCV routed to my TB. I have a TB bypass as well.

I found a decent rubber elbow (I think it's from a Chrysler PCV :) ) and fit that into the valve cover grommet, and then to the original breather elbow, which I think I turned around??? Dang. It's been a while, and it's currently apart, but that's what I did. And that's where I fill the oil from as well.

I got it in.

I used a external K&N breather then stuck a rubber cap on the TB..take that!

PCV location is the same.

I'll take some pictures soon
