Vent Door Install

Just put new gaskets on the fresh air vent doors, on the pass side what is the easiest way to get the vent door back into those two small pivot holes? seems if I get the one on the bottom(spring) I can't get the hole on top to line up..Any tricks or just keep trying? Thanks

One of the pins is firmly attached, the second one can be moved up and down. The easiest, best, only way, is to insert the pin that is fixed into the first hole, then using a pair of long nose pliers, compress the pin against the spring, while guiding it into place into the other hole.
