Have checked most other places and cannot find anything. Is there anyplace on the frame or chasis, or engine where it might be, If not...has anyone else been in this situation and wgat do you do?? REALLY NEED SOME HELP ON THIS!!!!!!! tHANKS

Namvet, check with JohnZ. i believe there's a number on the frame by the rear kick-up. if i remember correctly you can see it with a flashlight ans good mirror

The VIN plate was on the front pillar, drivers side about 1/4 the way up.

There is a VIN stamping on top of the frame, almost directly above the drivers side half shaft. It's in the narrow space between the body and the frame.

There's also a derivative of the VIN on the engine stamp pad, and the transmission stamp pad if they're original and untouched.

Thanks to everyone. VIN # located on drivers side window pillar....if it was a rattlesnake I would be dead as opposed to just feeling stupid!!!!
