Has anyone installed aftermarket A/C to their C3? I talked to some distributors of the Vinatge Air system and said you would rather contract the eboli virus than attempt such a feat.

I think that if you contact Vintage Air, that you will find out that they do not make any retrofit air-conditioning kits for any car newer than 1966. You would have to purchase parts from them individually.

A/C
Looks to be a major project to me. You could get everything related to an A/C installation off of a wreck and do a full factory conversion. Take lots of pics while you remove pieces and mark everything. ( If I were to do that I would want both cars in my shop side by side until the job was done.) Or maybe trading for an A/C car would be the best way out.
