Visual assistance needed from '86 owner

When I got my 86 Vette two years ago, it was missing the center part of the lower front spoiler. Or so I thought. I recently bought Mid-America's brake-cooling underspoiler kit with the intention of killing two birds with one stone. However, I cannot for the life of me see WHERE the center spoiler actually attaches to the car. I have a thin body-color plastic crosspiece between the curb-stops under the radiator shroud, but that's it.

Can someone with an 86 (maybe other years, but I know they changed the dam at one point) look under the front center of their car and see just where the *()&#)$*(& the air dam attachment points are?

Mic, that'd be great, or if you drive the Vette to work I could stop by during the day. Tried to find the dealership today (was in Annapolis) but couldn't easily.

Wonder, though, if there's any difference between the two years.
