Some of you may remember the trouble I ran into with a "reputable" GM dealership. See "Garage Horror Story" back in November of 2003. Anyway, after many telephone calls, letters, we were left with no other alternative but to take them to court. WE WON! - albeit not the judgment that we had asked for - heck, you always ask for the moon; but we hit them and hit them hard in their pocket books and, we got all of our court costs back. I just wanted to followup and let everyone know that if you work hard enough, justice will be served. I also want to thank all of the members here for your invaluable assistance and information. Without this site, I would not have had the ammunition that I needed to beat these stiff necked, starched shirts dealership people and lawyers. Unbeknownst to them and needless to say, I have worked in the legal field with lawyers for 25 years so I hope the next time they decide to bang up a Vette and not do anything about it-they better think again. Oh, BTW, of all the people I contacted during the ordeal, including various personnel at GM Canada, the only response I received from GM was from Detroit - even though they could not help me, at least they had the decency to respond.
