Weird.. I was installing my new gear today and was looking under my car the trailing arms are different from one side to the other different style. and one of the half shafts is from 95 and the other says 97 on it for the date code I don't see any frame damage or anything elese to clue me into it being in a wreck and carfax came out clean on it..

Maybe

The wheel bearing went out ( on the previous owner) and they sold them the whole deal.

OR

You had a "Minor"accident that was not reported to the insurance co. and they fixed it themselves.

another life mystery!

Heh... or they went to replace bushings and u-joints and found it cheaper to get the whole piece off eBay :) .

Yea.. LoL but it only had 40K on it when I bought it i doubt it needed anything like that... Also found while doing some cleaning that on the front of the fram The crossmember where the front spring goes through it is stamped 7/20/96 and the door jam says 11/95 and so does the coolant resivoir it has in yellow paint pen 11/95 and nothing looks to have been damaged or replaced in terms of frame or body everything looks original..
