Yes, always have been for almost all GM cars (and Ford and Chrysler).

LOTS of Corvette parts (and many more for "regular" cars) have been produced in Canada ("Mikey country" ) for many years; sourcing of Corvette parts to offshore countries and Mexico didn't start until the 80's.

The late 70's/early 80's slotted mags were made in Mexico. Not sure about the early 73-78 slotted wheels.
