I don't have a very good schematic in my Haynes manual. It only shows one connector going to the a/c selector switch, there are 4 or 5 connectors under mine. I was working on some wiring prob's with my blower this evening and wondered what the two relays are under the console.

1. One is located just right of the shifter and has 3 or 4 small wires going to it. It gets warm if the key is left on for some time.

2. The other one is further forward and to the left and has some very big wires going to it. One pink, a red one and another one, forget the color. All very big comparatively speaking.

I want to make some notes on these in my manual.

thanks

-although mine is an '80, the Relay that resides within the tunnel immediately adjacent your right-knee is for the elect./Carburetor-choke, found out because mine was missing, which somehow had the Red/Dash"choke"-light always ON!!

For 1973's, the relay to the right of the shifter (under the console) is for the seat belt warning; the one forward of it is the windshield wiper relay.
