Help, ;help I got my new vette in january and have been paying to have it detailed. Mostly from sheer terror of messing up my new "baby". The last time I got it done I could have paid a 12 year old $25.00 to do a better job than what I got for the $200.00 I paid for it.
:mad I have figured out (I hope) what I should do on everything but the trim. What should I use for that? :confuse
Any advice would be apreciated.

Not sure excatly what you mean by the word "trim", but I'll take a guess. If you are speaking of such surfaces as the dash, door panels, upper belt molding on the doors, front air spoiler and such, then I would highly recommend 303 Aerospace Protectant. It may have sort of a strange name, but it has a wide, well-respected following for a reason.

303 Aerospace Protectant will not provide you with that greasy, "took a bath in baby oil" look. 303 offers a factory fresh look while also providing UV40 protection from the sun's damaging rays. It's a product that I have been using for the past 2 1/2 years and really could not do without. It is also excellent as a tire and leather seat dressing. You can also apply it to weatherstripping if your car is going to be sitting in the sun for any length of time.

This product (along with many other great items) can be found here: www.properautocare.com Give it a try, I doubt you'll be disappointed. :v

Holly, Welcome to the CAC and nice choice on the ride. Beautiful car! There are lots of suggestions on the CAC on taking care of your 'baby'. I would add my 2 cents worth and suggest you check out the Zaino Bros web site for complete car care. The products are the best there is and easy to use. :CAC

Thank you for the help. I am going to try it this is exactly what I was looking for.

I wholeheartedly endorse 303 Aerospace Protectant, also!! It leaves a sheen rather than a greasy look plus provides protection against the sun's damaging rays. You'll like it!!
