Thanks in Advance,
John Paul Pearce

um sounds good, i think you could get him to go down a little bit though

FYI...

Kelley Blue Book Pricing: Buying Used

1991 Chevrolet Corvette Hatchback Coupe 2D
V8 5.7 Liter
6 Speed Manual

Mileage: 26,000
Condition: Excellent 1

Private Party Value 2 : $8,930
Retail Value 3 : $11,040

lot of dough for that year, mileage nonwithstanding

Tempting!!!!!!

Relax, the asking price is dreams in the sky. He cannot get the price he wants unless he drive's the car to Iraq!!!!!!!!!!!

The mileage is great, but you would be better off adding another couple of thousand and get a C5.

Remember the 92 gave you a 300hp engine, but the 0-60 was almost the same.

Yea its to much money. I have my 1996 Vert for sale for $22K with 31,000 miles. That car should be around $15K. Remember Kelly and Blue Book are not always correct. The best place to check pricing of Corvettes is at a used Corvette reseller IN YOUR AREA. Another good one is www,carmax.com and check the value max area to see what they are selling them for.

Sounds like a solid car,its still new.Plus Ive always liked the l98 cars and that was the last year.:w

I think it is a little too high.

I love my 91 L98 but I like a little more the LT1.

For the 94 LT1 I paid $15,400 to the original owner with 29,375 miles last January and I believe vettes are a little more expensive down here in Mexico.

One week before the LT1 deal I almost bought a 1991 With 16,250 miles $ 13,000 without a scratch on it, but the guy owe the anual taxes we must pay to the goverment for the first 10 years on every car! He he have not make any the payment since 1996 to 2000 so we did not have a deal.

May be he still have it!

Way too much money!!!
Cut the asking price in half and start from there.
Print out the KELLY BLUE BOOK value on the car and show it to the owner.

If you can get that car for $12-13k do it.

:D

JASON *** BRAND NEW MAGNECOR WIRES FOR SALE!!! *** 1979 L-82

I agree the price seems high but if that is just the asking price you can do better.I bought a 91 6-speed convertible with 46k for thousands less(car was super clean and well cared for) and I’m sure someone would think I paid to much.Check the prices in you area because were you live makes a difference.Forget the blue book price and I doubt you’ll find a C5 for a couple thousand more at least not were I live.Bottom line is buy what YOU like within your budget.

John,
You may want to check out the CAC classifieds. 96 LT4 asking 16K.
Please note that I have no vested interest in this vehicle.

Good luck in the hunt.

Too much money! Keep looking around you will find a good car at a much better price. Good luck

little high?

It's sounds like a great car, but 19K sounds a little high....
Good Luck!

For the price of 19k....should be fully gold plated....
If I were you I would pass on it....
In other words...NO WAY.....JOSE!!!!!!!!!!!
