What do you call IT and where can IT be bought?

The metal support that crosses behind the seats in the C2. It's wrapped in carpet, bolts to the rear of the parking brake console (in '67) and is riveted to the fiberglass behind the seats.

It's called a "Luggage Stop" and Corvette Central has them listed on page 115 of their Catalog for $49.20. Their 1967 P/N is 482442.
