what r these relays in the Jack compartment for a 1975

I finally looked under the tray to see if I really had a jack in there, and saw 2 relays ,also saw that bubba had a red wire cut and dangeling with elec.tape on the end. any ideas?, one of the relays is round like the blinker switch and the other is 3/4 in. by 2 in. rectangle.by the way its a 75 vert. and wahoo the jack is still there with spring and wrench.

The Alarm latching relay is very expensive if you need a new one. They go upwords from $100 to $150.
