Tremendous storm rolled across SE PA. last night...Car was uncovered...LEFT WATER MARKS all over my steel louvers. Well, I've tried a cleaner wax on them...and it removes them a little. I even tried to clay bar them off..helped a little more..But, they still are visible. Would appreciate an idea or two.
Thanks....

Have you tried vinegar? Water spots are usally nothing more than alkaline deposits which quickly reacts with an acid (vinegar) and can be easily washed off.

I tried Vinegar....Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to have worked..(sigh).....Meguires cleaner wax removed about 90% of the marks..Now to get the rest.

Don't know if I should start a new thread or not... but I have water spots on my t-tops. Got got in a rain storm and windex wont take them off. Can anyone recommend a water spot remover for glass mirrored t-tops? Thanks.

Thanks for the link, Bill. The normal glass cleaner will take out the water spots?
