Has anyone found a product for cleaning the dash and other interior components that doesn't have that high gloss, slimey look to it? I prefer a more natural semi gloss or flat look but have not been able to find anything. Suggestions??

Forgot to add, after you put it on, wait about 10 mins and buff with a clean rag. Nice satin finish, used it for the first time Sat on tires. I used to use Clear Guard by Turtle Wax, that was the rat's ass in satin finish, but TG discontinued it. Give this stuff a try, I got it at Walmart...............................

I simply wipe with a damp rag then apply the same leather conditioner I use on the seats. I totally avoid any cleaning chemicals on the entire interior.

Vinylex by Lexol is hands down the best. It comes in a light blue bottle and you can buy it at PepBoys. All the years that I have been detailing and showing cars, I have yet to find something better. Good Luck!

:D

On Corvette C3 Vinyl (along the sides of the leather seats) and also on the "pebble like" vinyl dash...it leaves a satin finish. On some real "flat" vinyls like you would find for instance, in older Mustangs, it tends to leave a more glossy finish. It is not like Armorall. (I don't use)

The other cool thing is that it has a sunscreen rating of 60.

Give it a try...I think you will be very pleased.
