What will the Twin Turbo Run?/Got the Twin Turbo tuned - can't wait to run it!

Got the Twin Turbo tuned - can't wait to run it!

She's all ready to GO!

Hopefully the sun will shine down on the track (literally to dry it :crazy ) and I will get to run this "new" Twin Turbo Callaway I bought


While I have my own expectations to what I think / hope it should run, I am sure it will be fun regardless

Ohh, and Callaway4Fun, no trailer - leaving that at home!

Just wondering what Chris' new Twin Turbo will run at the track. I feel it will run low 22's in the quarter if he drives it like the rest of his cars ( IN THE TRAILER) If he takes it out of the trailer and drives it like he stole it I feel he will run low 11's. Just wondering what the rest of you think it will run. There is only estimates on hp in the 500+ range ..

Mid 20's... I mean mid 12's. I don't think he'll be able to get the launch down and it will either bog or spin. He should have a decent trap speed of about 118.

nope - sorry... I heard the car made 550 hp - pure speculation though :confused

Big John, yes - event was rescheduled - may conflict w/ another event on the same date at the end of the month

I was really looking forward to getting the car down the 1/4 mile - maybe soon enough though...

Oh, maybe I did but forgot. You'll have to foot brake it then to get it spooled. Probably won't bog but you might spin a lot.

Kevin, here is a funny thing that happened yesterday - got into the car, went to start it, planted my left foot on the "clutch" andother on the brake - WOW! What a <<wide>> clutch pedal LOL

...forgot it was an automatic :ugh


Car was BIG TIME searching for traction through 3 gears :eek

(Callaway had brought a set of Mikey Thompson E.T.'s down for the track event - my car would probably need them w/ boost spooled )
