After putting my steering column back together and realizing my horn nolonger works I did some troubleshooting and this is what I've found. When I unscrew the 3 screws holding the turn signal switch in place and pull it out just a little from the upper housing I can take a screwdriver and make contact from the little horn plunger spring thingamabober to the lockplate spring and the horn will blow, however with the turn signal screwed in place, a contact from the plunger to the spring does nothing. If something was grounding behind the turn signal out I'd hear a continious horn instead of nothing wouldn't I? Any ideas?

Thanks, TC

Nevermind, steering column didn't have a good ground.

I'm very happy that you were able to solve your problem. Lets hope this post can help other members with turn signal/ horn problems, too.
