What's it worth

I am very happy with my 84. However, over the last few months, I've been considering an upgrade to a C5, possibly a 2003. I am wondering what some of you think my 84 would be worth.

I'm the second owner and the first owner babied the vehicle more than I do. I bought the vehicle five years ago and it currently has 51k miles. Never been in an accident or had a flat tire. I've had the AC compressor replaced, new fuel pump and filter, new battery and new tires when I purchased it. I installed a Delco RF modulated 10 CD changer and it has a bose radio. The vehicle is fully loaded with power everything, the seats have no damage, no fading of the carpet and only a few minor dings in the paint probably from rock debris being thrown up from the road by other vehicles.

I'm not convinced I want to sell my first Corvette yet, but I'm absolutely considering it.

Along that line, what would a ballpart price be that I could expect to pay for a 2003. I'd like to purchase a fully loaded convertable.

Thanks again for the information. I'm just begining the decision process. However, things like my student loan, which will hopefully be paid off by next year, are helping me go a lot slower than I would like on this decision.

Why not keep it another year and pay off student loan and other debts. Your '84 will not decrease in value over that short time but the C5's will surely come down.

Your '84 could be worth anywhere form $5500 to $7900 depending on color, time of year, etc.
