Whats the difference hospital grade nitrous and the car kind?

Is Hospital nitrous grade gas the same as the kind thats used in the car?
our one and only place that sales the stuff got flooded out of bussiness for a while, but I have a buddy who works at the hospital and has access to the stuff.

Lets put it like this, in my younger years they did't smell or taste the same...(if you get my drift) I think the auto nitrious had a sulfer compound added.

The hospital stuff is just medical grade, free from harmful impurities. It has the same as far as your car is concerned.

New to this place, and saw something I can jump right in on!

Medical grade N20 does not have the sulphur dioxide (100ppm) that the automotive grade contains. That, and medical grade nitrous is considered a controlled substance if you do not have the proper licensing (i.e. medical professional). There in NO performance difference at all (for your car that is!).

Question about purging out the gills. Wouldn't this possibly give rise to an illegal activity on the street? Isn't N2O (can we please quit calling it NOS?) illegal to use on most streets? Just wondering.

Yes it does stink and tastes worst. ...I don't think having N20 on the street is illigal. Its the result that is illigal.

yes it is illegal to USE n2o on the streets but it is legal to have n2o on the street, if that makes any sense.
