Question: What's this relay for?

I have attached a picture of a 3 pronged relay with a ground wire, and on the end it says philips 461294 and 7006. I looked through my wiring diagram and the AIM, and the net, and even went to auto parts store to try to figure it out, but no luck. Anyone?
