wheel squeal

Noticed last night when driving in the neighborhood streets at 25mph a squeal that I believe is coming from the passenger front wheel. It has a cadence like a rotational squeal so I assume it is either a wheel bearing or possibly a brake related issue? I had the brakes completely redone last summer and have good brake action and response, but maybe I am dragging a brake pad? Could it be rotor out of balance? or is it more likely related to the front wheel bearings themselves? When I jacked up the front last night and hand spun the wheel I can not get it to squeal, but clearly I'm not getting the wheel spining at 20 to 25 mph when the sound is most dominant.

sorry that i dont have anything helpful to say but i also have a 1974 vette and i was also driving last night and i also have a squel when i am 20-30 mph any slower and you cant hear it and any faster you cant hear it. wonder if we are having the same problem or not. anyways just wanted to chip in that i might be having the same problem.

If the squeal is actually coming from a front wheel, first thing I'd check is brake pads followed closely by wheel bearings. If it's from the rear, u-joints are the most likely issue again followed by wheel bearings.
