Wheel & Tire size question

I know it flies in the face of common perceptions, but has anyone gone to 18 inch wheels all around on a 2006 Z51? If so, what size tires do you use? I am considering 275/40-18 on all four corners. What are your thoughts? Thanks.

I can't help you much, but I do have 18 inch drag radials. They are size 295/35/18, and mounted on Z06 replica wheels size 18X10.5.
They are no problem , but they do stick out a little.
