Where Can I Buy These Pieces in CHROME ?

WHere can i buys these pieces in CHROME ?

Id like to finish off the engine bay with a Chrome Expansion Tank and Wiper Door Actuator. Do u know of any place that sells these already Chromed ? Or....do u know of a good place to send them out to where they do good work and dont take forever ??

Just call one of the motorcycle shops in your area...They sure as hell will know where good chrome plating shaops are.

Get a Hemmings Motor News, find the full page ad for Paul's Chrome. He is near Pittsburgh, PA and is good and fast and reasonable. Your welcome.....................

why dont you just polish the expansion tank,it would be easier and cheaper.Cranes corvette is the manufacturer of the wiper actuator.Call them to see if they will chrome one before they assemble it .You are going to have a hard time dissassembling yours just to have it chromed.

I had the expansion tank and actuator buffed out professionally last year, but, the shine dont last long . Is there some sort of clear coating i can spray on it after its polished to make it protected ?

Ill look into Cranes on the actuator.

Lacquer clear coat, but will turn yellow with time. Go have it plated, less heartache in the future

If you try the polishing thing again,Eastwood makes a spray can clear for just this purpose.They say it will work but Im alittle leary.In my business I have to be part time chemist and Ive never seen any paint?clear stick with out a primer.Look at some of the c4 wheels for a good example.
