Where do I find a new part for this one???

Folks,

I want to replace a part in may car but I cannot find it at Eclers, Art's Corvette Parts, Contemporary Corvette Parts, and GM sites...

What is the nomenclature for the part in the picture and where can I find a new replacement for it??? It is the part above the windshield wiper motor, made of rubber or something like it, runs from all across the windshield glass and has grills attached to it...

Neither had the part readily referenceable, but might be able to find it via e-mail. I would expect it to be a dealer item only, unless a Corvette dismantler has a used one.
