all the required studs for installing TPIS headers on my 85? These things are 2" long and I didnt want to put the old rusty bolts back in.

They had something close...

so I ordered them and will try them out. I guess everyone is using their old bolts or washers on TPIS headers. Thanks for the link.

Automotive Racing Products (ARP) will have any type of fastener you'll need. You can find ARP fasteners at any speed shop.

I ran into the same thing. The longest ARP's I found were only 1 3/4" ... too short. I used the stock bolts. I guess you could cut / grind the mounting extentions off, would probabally work better since the "tubes" don't exactally match up to the holes. I had to clearance the ones on #3, 5, 7, and 8 to match up to the bolt holes in the heads. The only reason I didn't cut off the "tubes" ... I didn't want to mess up the coated finish too much.
