Where do the wires go?

I stopped and looked at a 2003 coupe a few minutes ago and there is a cable with several wires hanging down and dragging the pavement under the car. The cable is under the drivers seat area and there looks like a wire hanger has come loose along the rocker panel area. The cable disappears into the floor pan. I didnt ask the dealer about it because im pretty sure he would have no Idea. I'd like to have some info about this before I go back to test drive it.

2003 coupe Torch red auto Corsa and a few dress ups $21000.00 with 50,300 miles......... Deal?

CROOZ1N - Don't know what would be dragging, maybe someones messed with the CAGS and it's dangling.

The only thing I can think of is either the emergency brake cable or the harness to the left tank!

Thanks all,, I suspect it could be to the tank There were several colors of wires in there maybe 28 guage or so and maybe 4-6 conductors. I thought at first it was just stuck up under there caught between some sheet metal but thats not the case. Maybe I'll take a picture.
