Where to find

I am currently replacing my left front fender, and am replacing the brackes on the new pannel. I am wondering where I can find the rivets to attach the reenforcement brackets to the fiber glass I have looked at ecklers and mid america, zips. could it be as simple as going to the local hardware store and picking some correct size rivets? it looks like the current rivets look like pop rivets not the pound over rivets.
