HI,

I am looking to sell my 78 Silver Anniversary NCRS winner in MINT condition with 30,000 miles on it. I'm planning on picking up a 2004.

I would appreciate any suggestions on the best place to put my Vette up for sale. I don't think I'll get what the car is worth by putting it up on Ebay.

Thanks for the help!

Isaac

I recently used Vettefinders to sale my car. It was easy to set up, included pictures, and was fairly inexpensive. I would also use NCRS Driveline.

You left out the answer to the big question; HOW MUCH $:confused

Hey, irf, is that '78 an auto or 4-speed?
Are you looking for another one, Stallion!? :L
Heidi

ps, Good luck selling your 78 and I hope it gets a good home and you get a good price.

Heidi, I do want another '78. I just love everything about them. I mean, it's obvious that 1978 is the best year. :D (That was a joke to all of you that might take that seriously and offensive). But I seriously do want another '78.

What about Corvette Mike? He might be able to help you sell it at a reasonable fee.

I'm looking for approximately $17,000. Its a NCRS Top Flight Winner with 30,500 miles - MINT condition!

If you want please give me a call at 732-574-9000 ext. 438 and ask for Isaac! Thanks.

It's a 4 speed L82 NCRS Top Flight winner in MINT condition with 30,500 miles on it.

Thanks for the tip. I just contaced Corvette Mike!

I hope it works out. It sounds like a great car. Always did like the 25th Anniversary model.

irf, that is worth more than $17,000. I'm not just saying that to inflate our '78 Silver Anniversary egos, but between the low mileage, the rare 4-speed (and yes, the 4-speed can be considered rare, when there weren't many over 3,000 made, and even fewer which still exist), and the NCRS Top Flight winner (it proves that it's professionally appealing).

I wouldn't be suprised if you could get more than $20,000 for her. In fact, that's what I would aim for.

I've had it listed for 19,400 at classychevy.com and classyauto.com as well as Hemmings since April and I did not get one response. Maybe I simply have it posted on the wrong site. I'll make a deal with you. If you can get anything over $19 for the car you can keep the difference! I'm looking to buy a 2004 real soon and would like to sell the 78 but I want to get a fair amount for it. It's a great car!

So, what happened to the $17,000 price???? ;LOL

Seriously, good luck with your sale.

Jeff :w

I listed it at 19,700 which seems to be a pretty reasonable price for the condition of the car from the research I did. I have a few very interested buyers so hopefully I'll be in a new 2004 Coupe pretty soon :)

Hi Craig,

REAL close. I thik the buyer is coming on Tuesday!
