c5 ZO6 has been out long enough that people in the aftermarket are up to speed.
C6 ZO6 is still a mystery to many.
Truth is they are both very reliable and are quite trouble free, the key for you as you attempt to figure out which model to purchase, is finding a service technician who KNOWS the vehicles inside and out.
That is the BEST way to make sure that you are treated fairly when those few problems occur and you can be accurately advised as to maintenance and care of your Corvette.
