Which Plugs for Trick Flow 23 Alum heads

I really cant get a good answer from the accel site or Trick Flow. I am going to try calling them back and try to get someone more helpful. Anyone running a 1985 383 with a mild cam and super ram, TPIS headers?

This is from the TrickFlow technical specs page. I use the Autolites in my 383 with Trickflow 195s, 64cc.
