who has re-finished there CFI air cleaner or done different

Well, I hope I got lucky on my recent purchase a 1982 crossfire air cleaner assembly for 65.00 shipped. This was my last resort after being ripped off on a L-88 hood by that samlisawells on ebay.

I would really like to have it chromed or powder coated body color or something since I will be polishing and chroming a 1984 serpentine setup for the car.

so let's see you detailed CFI air cleaners .... Sorry can't aftermarket or twin air cleaners since this is a california car LOL ....

Oh and one other quik question .... are my valve covers aluminum or magnesium? They are the 5 or 7 finned type which I believe to be original to the car.
