Who has the answer?

It's beginning to look like I'm going to have to remove the clutch master cylinder and mic the bore if no one here can help me find the specs. I need to see if I have the 7/8" bore recommended by Tilton Engineering for the hydraulic release bearing that I'm currently installing.

I called four or five Corvette shops today in hopes of finding the answer, but not a one of them had a clue; they all simply replace them when the time comes rather than rebuild them. And I can't seem to find anything online; I can't come up with a search word combination that gets me near my question. I can find info on Panterras, DMCs, Chevy-to-Triumph and other swaps, kit cars, etc., but nothing specific for my Corvette.

My copy of the Corvette Specs book from Mike Antonick has the bore spec for the brake master (0.862") but not the clutch master. :(

_ken ;help

Ken,

I've been a member here long enough to know that if you don't know, no one else probably knows!

I had to laugh at this one Ed...

I don't think I'll have a problem with that, ,,, I changed the PROM last year hanging upside down.

Ken,

The only problem is that you can't work for too long period of time because the blood starts collecting in your brain and it don't feel so good!;shrug
