Will wheels locks change wheel balancing?

Just recieved a set of the "authorized" GM Wheels locks, made by McGard Corp. Will I need to have the wheels re-balanced after I install these wheel locks? 2000 C5 with the Magnesium Wheels.

Never saw wheels balanced with consideration for lug nuts, or in your case the wheel locknut. I wouldn't worry about it.
