Window Adjustment

So I was looking through my Helms trying to adjust my window, and as far as I can tell the only bolts which actually adjust anything are the four on the very top... Can anyone tell me which bolts I am missing? I am sure there is something on the window "tray" for making adjustments...

Adjusting the window is a pain...the bolts that hold the window to the track can be loosened and adjusted...their is a hook that is shaped like an upside-down "J" that has adjustments for hight. If I recall correctly. What adjustment is out of wack?
