Has anyone out there encounter a problem with the driver's side sliding back and forth, along with raising too far? I guess I have to dismantle the door and do some tightening of some brackets.

Same problem with my 95...just started tonight. The window goes up too far and won't let the door close. Would love to find a fix...did you have any luck with this?

Sliding Glass

Right now I just make sure that the window is not raise past the point that causes it to strike the rear pillar. Before I realized what the problem was, I kept trying to close the door and it caused a scuff mark on the clear coat of the paint. In the spring Im going to take to a glass shop, and I hope none of the components are ruined and it just needs some adjusting and tightening. In the mean time I suggest raising the glass to the point when i just touches the weather stripping. That should be enough to keep out the elements and stopping the glass from striking the pillar. Good luck, and let me know if it helped.
