I have a 2001 Vette, and recently noticed that the windshield washer was only working on one side (passenger). I pulled the hose at the wiper and tried the washer. No luck. To me that means the problem must be between the wiper and the junction going to the pump. Since I'm not too knowledgeable about these things, can I simply remove the hose at the junction to see if there is solution there, or is this a sealed connection?

HI there,
The hose runs from the drivers side tank, under the cowl to the wiper points below the cowl screen.
You will have to remove both wiper arms to access the hose to see what is wrong.

Thanks for the response. I've been able to trace the hose from the tank to the wiper, and have determined that there is no solution coming from the hose at the wiper (took off hose at wiper and started washer). My question is, back where the hose splits into 2 separate hoses, is that connection or splitter a sealed connection, or can you pull the hose off to see if solution comes out? When I first tried to pull it apart, it wouldn't come off, and I was afraid that it was sealed, and I would ruin the connection by pulling it apart.

Any other ideas?
